This policy describes what information we collect through this website and our text messaging programs, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form, request a guide, take an assessment, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about the care you are looking for. We also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the resources you requested, schedule calls or visits, communicate about care services or employment, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number during our care intake process, on a job application, or on this website, you may receive service-related text messages from us — such as visit check-ins, feedback requests, appointment reminders, or interview scheduling. This website is not intended to collect medical information. Health information we receive in the course of providing care is protected under HIPAA and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available from our offices on request.
